Learning Through Play Our Curriculum
For over 20 years, we have tailored our research based curriculum to meet the social, physical and emotional needs of each age group.
The primary goal of our play based curriculum is to foster the development of social and emotional skills using hands-on activities that promote learning in many different pre-academic areas.
From the moment they enter the classrooms, children are immersed in a print-rich environment that helps with early literacy concepts and pre-reading skills like listening and responding, vocabulary and comprehension, and linking spoken language to written word.
We encourage activities that focus on key developmental areas such as hand-eye coordination and fine motor skill enhancement.
Early math concepts such as counting and memorizing are expanded through opportunities for patterning, sequencing, sizing, and measuring.
Weekly Music class focuses on rhythm, movement and auditory discrimination; while Monkeynastix fitness class encourages large muscle coordination, balance, and spatial awareness.
